Descendants of William H. Hardin

Generation One

1. William H. HARDIN;1 born 19 August 1819;1 married Matilda (--?--) 30 November 1837;1 married Sabrina A. E. (--?--) 2 September 1866; I assume that Sabrina married the elder William H. Hardin, who would be age 47 at the time. However, it is possible that she married his son, William Warren Hardin, who would have only been 19 years old. From the examined document, it appears that the first scenario is more likely, as no further children appear to be listed for William H. and Matilda. All children listed after the William-Sabrina marriage seem to be Sabrina's children;1 died 24 October 1888 at age 69.1

Matilda (--?--)1 was born on 19 June 1812.1 She died on 19 June 1876 at age 64.1

The seven known children of William H. Hardin and Matilda (--?--) were as follows:

bullet 5. iv. Zachariah HARDIN;1 born 18 November; Year cut off... "184_;"1 born circa 1844 Georgia.2

He appeared on the census of 1860 in Henry County, Georgia; Shown as Farm Laborer in Thomas Fields household.2

bullet 6. v. William Warren HARDIN;1 born July 1847; Day is cut off... "1_."1

bullet 7. vi. Elizabeth Temperance HARDIN;1 born 6 March 1850; Twin.1

bullet 8. vii. Martha Matilda HARDIN;1 born 6 March 1850; Twin.1

Sabrina A. E. (--?--)1 was born on 26 July 1835.1 She died on 23 June 1893 at age 57.1

The six known children of William H. Hardin and Sabrina A. E. (--?--) were as follows:
